Production
A DEPT’s production facilities include 4
laminated tube production lines. From the moment of its establishment the
company has been using the equipment produced by the Swiss Company AISA and is
very much satisfied with it.
The company uses standard tube production
technology, when the finished laminate (with the graphic art printed on it) is
welded to make an “endless” tube. As the tube is transported on the conveyor,
it is cut into blanks of certain size after which a prefabricated shoulder is
welded to the blank. And finally a cap is screwed on to the finished tube.

For instance, the following
equipment is installed at the graphic printing shop:
- A printing line which is the first one of its kind ever used in Russia: Labelmеn-260, 8-color letter printing press, with the possibility to decorate the tube surface with silver, gold and tinted foil embossing using the cold technique.
- A Kodakplate-maker using the new СTP technology, considerably improving the print quality.
- The
winding machine produced by the leading British company A B Graphic International
ensures 100% control of the printed laminate quality.
